Itinerary in detail
Follow there SP Ciano - Canossa for about 500 meters, up to the location "Caseificio": here an unpaved road on the left takes us quickly down into the valley. Once at the Rio Vico, you cross it and get to the town of Riverzana; at this point we get on the path of the Ducati that goes up through a thick wood until it gets to the paved road. We take the unpaved road on the right and quickly we get to the Canossa Castle, fulcrum of the Matildic events. Once past the parking lot and the restaurant, an area in which we can admire the suggestive calanchive amphitheater, we move on towards Mount Tesa and from here to the SP Canossa - Casina, on which we get to the town of Cerredolo dei Coppi; Not long afterwards, on an unpaved road, we get to Cà Branzano, Casalino and I Borghi: here we get on the town road which, through the Braglie, takes up back to the starting point.
