How to get there:
Distance from the administrative capital: about km 20
From the administrative capital you take the SS 513 in the direction of San Polo, near Buvolo you take the road for Legoreccio.
On the southern edge of the village you can see an antique well with ogival arch and corbels as seat for the wine containers.
There are votive niches with sacred images and a stone ashlar bearing the year 1889.
At about 200 mt to the east of the Da Palude court there's a 14th century tower house which has remarkable characteristics and belongs to the Terzi family.
On the ground floor of the house there are numerous embrasures and a concave corbel portal surmounted by an architrave carved wit the classic celtic rose.
On the first floor there are two windows with squared concave corbels made of sandstone with symbolic figures in relief.
A dovecot border marks the tympanum of the sloping roof.
You can see three corbels for banners flanking the windows.
the construction is still indicated with the term "La Dogana" (Customs) or "La Salina" (Salt works) in remembrance of the ancient border between the Duchy of Modena and the State of Parma, which was not far away.
In the vicinity there's a second tower house belonging to the Rabotti family, dating back to the end of the XVI century, beginning of the XVII century, with four-layered roof, dovecot and a few pebbled windows.
