The Tassobio valley is characterized by thick silvester pine woods and by charming centers such as Piagnolo, Scalucchia, Crovara, rich in praiseworthy stone buildings, Legoreccio where you can admire the 15th century tower house of the Terzi family, which was then the customs building between Parma and Reggio, then Pineto, where three houses of the Da Palude Counts are still visible, the smallest of which still has its prisons almost intact.
