Description: At the beginning of Pineto you can see the "House of the Da Palude" which was the residence of this antique family. The building was subject to damage caused by the 1920 earthquake but still retains exceptional historic – artistic interest. The façade is characterized by two orders of open galleries with small round columns. Inside the open gallery and the rooms you can see numerous frescos depicting sacred images attributable to the XVII century. A second squared portal with architrave in relief, situated on the first floor is dated "1583". Noteworthy is the antique oratory, still officiated, which has 16th century frescos.
