On the inside of the spectacular basin of the north side of Mount Prado, which with its 2054 m. is the second largest peak in the Reggiano apennines, lies the lake della Bargetana. Its shores are surrounded by green pastures and harsh rocky walls, on which, it isn't rare to see the marmot
