Description
A recent operation has almost entirely destroyed the praiseworthy noble palace which dominated the entrance of the village. The stylistic characteristics and the architectural features allowed the building to be considered of the 16th century. Of the three parts of the building that make up the complex, the two most western ones (following the altitude variation of the slope) remain. The lights, rare and symmetrical, are squared in sandstone and at times are finely engraved with geometrical motifs. On the inside there's a portal dated 1597. Also, Marazzi's house presents stylistic features of interest, such as the angular recurrences carved with geometrical motifs, figures and anthropomorphic masks. there is also a architraved portal with four monolithic elements, finely halo-shaped pebbled, and on the eastern façade there's an architrave of a window with three crosses carved out and initialed MCCCCLXXIII ADI' XII NOBER (1473 - 12 November). At the beginning of the village there's a small capellina dedicated to the Blessed virgin.
