Description
In the immediate vicinities of the location called "la Capanna" you will notice, on the side of the main road, a large farm building having a long layout characterized by a big central body arranged on two levels and bordered by two functional building wings.
These latter buildings have the layer of the roof broken and eave canals subtended by an iron denticulated decoration.
The building was part of the Franchetti estate and was connected to the "Capanna" to which it constituted the residence of the bailiff and farm laborers.
The building has construction and architectural characteristics of the late 19th - beginning 20th century style even though it is stiffened by avant - corps supported by heavy square sectioned columns.
the style is underlined by the denticulated decorations and also by the polychromed alternating bands of stone and brick surface which give movement to the entire construction.
